How Does Cash On Delivery (COD) Work?
When you place a cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call before dispatch. Only once the order is confirmed will we dispatch the same. There are 3 ways to confirm the order:
- You will receive an automated call to confirm/cancel the order.
- In case you miss it, Customer Delight Team will call you on the same day or the next working day to confirm/cancel the order.
- You can email The Label Life your confirmation at help@thelabellife.com with your order number.
Please note : If The Label Life doesn't hear from you 7 DAYS after you have placed your order, the order will be cancelled. The Label Life won't be dispatching the order unless it is confirmed nor will be block stock for it.
