How is the Sales Tax Calculated?

  • Indiana Shipments - Shipments within the State of Indiana will be assessed 7% sales tax.
  • Colorado Shipments - Purchases shipped to Colorado may be subject to Colorado Sales/use tax. If not specifically exempted, you are required to report this purchase and pay taxes.

The tax may be reported and paid on the Kentucky individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return with the Kentucky Department of Revenue. These forms and corresponding instructions may be found on the Kentucky Department of Revenue's Internet Web site.
  • Oklahoma Shipments - Purchases shipped to Oklahoma may be subject to Oklahoma use tax. Purchases are not exempt merely because they are made over the Internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. If not specifically exempted, you are required to report and pay taxes, using Form 511 or Form 21-1.
