zChocolat recommends that you consume your chocolates within the first three weeks after delivery to guarantee optimal taste. Your chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place (for example, an air-conditioned room is perfect) where the temperature is between 18°-20°C (55°-70°F). Avoid storing the chocolates in the refrigerator as this can spoil their delicate flavor or alter the creamy texture of their fillings. However if you must, wrap your box in plastic kitchen wrap before placing it in the refrigerator. When you're ready to enjoy your chocolates, take out the box and wait 24 hours before removing the plastic wrap, to allow the chocolates to regain room temperature gradually. The best before date of your chocolates is written on a label below the assortment.
