When you place an order with MICHAEL TODD, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you establish an account with Michael Todd Beauty, you can track the status of your orders online. If you do not have an account set up with Michael Todd Beauty, and have questions concerning you order, please contact Customer Service during business hours by using the contact form. Be sure to include your order number in the subject of your email or when leaving a message. If you have any other questions about your order, please contact Customer Service as indicated above. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. Note: some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
