How to Return Item(s) At Naked Zebra?

For current and regular priced items, you must submit your request for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, and all returned items must be postmaraked within 14 days from the date you received the merchandise in order for the seller to process your request.

You return the item(s) using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number and include the RA# provided on the outside of the box. Please make sure that shipping is prepaid and the package is insured for rull replacement value. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
