How to Update Mac Software?
If you are on a Mac and are experiencing difficulties with their site you may need to update your Mac software. Follow the below steps to update your Mac.
- Click on the Apple logo on the top left corner of your computer screen
- Choose "Software Update..."
- The system will check your software for updates. If you are already up to date you will get a "Your software is already up to date" message. If you are not up to date you will see what updates are available to you. Click the "Install" button to update your computer. This may require a computer restart so make sure you save all your unsaved work.
Please note that depending on the frequency of your updates this may take up to 30 minutes to complete.
