I Have Not Received My Refund. What Do I Do?

Dorothy Perkins aims to process all returns as quickly as possible. If you have received an email to confirm your refund, please allow up to 5 working days for this to appear in your account.

The expect most parcels to be refunded within 7 days of reaching Dorothy Perkins, please note this does not include your bank's processing time. Dorothy Perkins will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.
