• Does Voonik Ship Internationally?

  No! Currently Voonik is not accepting any international order.

• What are Voonik’s Shipping Charges?

  Shipping charges are levied by a few of sellers for the convenience of delivering products from far off locations. These vary on products and can range from Rs.28 to Rs.99.

• Will My Voonik Entire Order Be Shipped In One Package?

  Each product in the order are shipped separately. Your balance order will be delivered on or before the estimated date of delivery.

• Can I Exchange With a Different Product?

  Voonik does not Exchange with a different product. The exchange is applicable only for different size. It is not applicable for exchanging with a new product.

• Why is My Voonik Order Still “processing”?

  Voonik will confirm your order and send the details to sellers, then they pack the order and hand it over to the courier person. This process take 24-48 hours, till then the status of the order remains “processing.
