I Submitted a Return Authorization Form and Still Have Not Received an RA Number What Should I Do?

An RA# (Return Authorization) will be sent out to you within 2 business days to the email address you filled out on the form. If by that time you still do not receive the email, check your junk mail and bulk mail as your email settings may have filter the email there. You may also give our customer service team a call and they will be happy to provide you with your RA#.
