• Can I Cancel My Kickers Order?

  Due to fast order processing service, unfortunately Kickers are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

• Which Delivery Companies Does Kickers Use?

  Kickers uses a number of different carriers. In most cases Standard Delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail and Express Delivery orders are sent with DPD or DHL. Some higher value Standard Delivery orders may be sent using a courier service.

• I Have Not Received an Order Acknowledgement Email, Why Might This Be?

  You should receive confirmation within a few minutes, however it can take slightly longer at peak times. Also, you may wish to check your spam mail folder. If you have provided an incorrect email address Kickers are unable to change this once the order has been placed.

• Where Can I Get My Kickers Repaired?

  Unfortunately Kickers don't offer a repair service here at Kickers, however they recommend visiting your local shoe repair shop for advice.

• Do I Have to Pay to Return an Item?
