I Was Absent When I Delivered My Order, What Do I Do?

In case of absence at the time of delivery of your order, rest assured a notice will be placed in your mailbox. Thus, you will be able to contact the carrier again and choose a new delivery date.

If you do not contact the carrier again, it will perform two new delivery tests at dates and times it has determined.

The parcel is kept by the carrier for a period of 10 days. If the carrier fails to deliver the order, it will be returned to L'Oreal Paris and you will be refunded the amount incurred at the time of purchase.
