Mr Button takes utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request on wizards@mrbutton.in. You will also have the option to choose refund for the product.

Ofcourse! mrbutton.in has “Customer first Policy”. Report your concern by getting in touch at wizards@mrbutton.in. Once the product passes the quality check, Mr Button would initiate the refund/replacement as per your choice.
Order verification is done by mrbutton.in for all cash on delivery orders. It is a backend process to ensure authenticity of the order placed and to make sure there is no inconvenience caused to the customer.
Replacement can be initiated only if the product is in stock. Unfortunately if the product is out of stock then refund is initiated after your confirmation.
