If you notice that your ordered was damaged during transit, do not take possession of the damaged goods. Any damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt if possible.
If you notice concealed damage after delivery, then you will need to take pictures of the damage and contact the customer service team. Modo Bath requires that damages are reported to Modo Bath within 2 business days of delivery and most carriers only allow claims to be filed within 2 business days of delivery.
Modo Bath will replace all damages reported within 2 business days. Replacements of damages reported about 2 business days will only be replaced if Modo Bath is able to file a claim with the carrier. Modo Bath will not replace any damages reported after 2 weeks of delivery.
