If I Find the Lower Price Than Irv's Luggage's Price, Can I Return the Item That I Purchased Before?

If you find the same merchandise for a lower, final delivered price within 30 days of your purchase from Irv's Luggage or Executive Essentials, we will gladly refund you 100% of the difference. Discount or coupon codes cannot be applied after a price guarantee refund. Items must be in stock on our site as well as our competitor’s, and the item must be exactly the same including its color.

Price Guarantee is not valid on eBay.com, other auction sites, Amazon.com, Walmart.com and manufacturer's friends and family discount programs. Price Guarantee is also not valid for items that are improperly priced against manufacturers pricing and discount policies. We reserve the right to assess each price match request on a case by case basis. In a very limited number of cases, we simply may not be able to match a price that is well below market.

If your items total less than $75, there is a shipping charge for shipping via UPS Ground Service or FedEx SmartPost (see table below for shipping prices). Free Shipping offer applies to orders being shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

Irv’s Luggage/Executive Essentials also offers Expedited Shipping that guarantees the delivery of your purchase within 2-3 business days (business days include Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). If your product(s) is out of stock at the time you place your order, Irv's Luggage will have the manufacturer ship the product(s) directly from their warehouse to your doorstep. There may be up to a 3 day delay on these orders.
