Can I Use Multiple Discount Codes On the Same Order?

Unfortunately only one discount code can be used per order. This includes free shipping over $100 promotion. If a discount code is used on the order, the cost of shipping will be added back onto the order total. Ivory Ella will apologize for any inconvenience.

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. Ivory Ella also send you updates every step of the way during delivery.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

Yes of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number and will not work in the tracking system.

When Will My Order Be Shipped By Ivory Ella?

Ivory Ella will make every effort to process orders within 5 business days of when they are received. Once the package is shipped it can take 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location and USPS. You will receive a tracking number when the product ships and email updates every step of the way in the shipping process. Please let Ivory Ella know if you have any other questions or concerns!

How are My Orders Shipped?

Orders are shipped via USPS.

For some package Ivory Ella does ship UPS Mail Innovations which works with the U.S. Postal Service by providing pick-up, processing, and transportation of orders, but final delivery will be processed by USPS. 

If you use a P.O. Box instead of a physical address, please use that address as your shipping address so that the order can be delivered correctly.

What is Ivory Ella's Return Policy?

You can return any unworn and unwashed merchandise for up to 45 days from the ship date. Returns made within 45 days of the order ship date will be given a Instant Refund or refunded to the original form of payment. Returns cannot be accepted that are over 45 days old.

Ivory Ella does offer an extended return policy for the holidays. All orders placed on or after Nov. 1st can be returned for up to 45 days after Christmas.

Can I Return / Exchange My International Order?

Unfortunately, return portal is unable to accommodate returns for international orders. This is something Ivory Ella hopes they can offer in the future, but at this time cannot send prepaid shipping labels internationally.

If you would like to return your order for a refund or store credit, you will be responsible for any charges incurred when shipping the product(s) back to us. If you would like to make a return, please send packages to:
