Does Jambu Offer Wide Or Narrow Sizes?
Jambu offers select styles in wide widths in their women's collection. Jambu does not currently offer narrow widths.
Does Jambu Carry Sizes 5, 5.5 Or 12?
Jambu currently carry women's sizes 6-10 and size 11, men's sizes 8-12 and size 13. For Jambu Kids, they carry infant sizes 8-13 and youth sizes 13-6.
What Shoe Size Should I Order?
Sizes vary among different manufacturers. Jambu will recommend that you order the size that normally fits you best. Jambu tries to maintain consistent sizing for all of different styles, and the sizes run true to U.S. sizing standards.
How Do I Care for My Shoes?
Jambu's shoes are made from premium materials, including real leather and real suede. This means that with proper care, you can enjoy your perfect pair for a long time to come.
- For leather: Treat your leather shoes with a leather conditioner made specifically for shoes.
- For suede: Treat your suede shoes with a suede protectant (always do a patch test first) and use a suede brush to remove dirt.
- For patent leather: Use a soft shoe brush to remove dirt, then wash with a mild soap. Condition your patent leather shoes with leather conditioner and polish with wax or shoe polish.
Does Jambu Accept International Returns?
No, Jambu does not accept returns for orders shipping to countries other than the United States.
Does Jambu Accept Coupon Codes?
Yes, from time to time Jambu offers promotion or coupon codes. Jambu only honors coupons that have been directly offered to our customers via an email newsletter, social media post, partnership or other Jambu communication. Regrettably Jambu cannot honor coupons that did not come directly from Jambu & Co.
Does Jambu Charge Tax for Online Purchases?
Jambu collects sales tax in states where Jambu has physical presence, namely New York, California, Ohio and Connecticut. Even if Jambu does not collect sales tax from you, you may still owe sales tax on your purchase. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases.
