Jay Jays endeavour to keep their prices consistent throughout their stores and online. Occasionally, their pricing may be different online to in store, due to special promotions etc. that are only available in one channel.

The Jay Jays Online Store uses the Global Sign security encryption method to ensure that your purchases are 100% secure.

Jay Jays will keep you up to date on the progress of your order. You will be sent a confirmation email, which includes details of your order. Jay Jays may get in touch with you to confirm the details of your order. Once Jay Jays despatch your order they will send you a despatch email confirming details of your tracking.

Unfortunately, orders are unable to be changed or cancelled once you click 'place order'. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, you can return or exchange it via online store or your nearest Jay Jays store.

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind Jay Jays will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met: 

1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 21 days of purchase. 
2. Items must be in original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. 

Follow the link in the email, or visit the Australia Post website and enter in the tracking number to track your delivery. 

Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the Australia Post website once you receive your tracking number email. 

You will also receive notifications via email or text message (if your mobile phone has been provided) from Australia Post with updates on your delivery.
