What is the Cancelations Policy Of Jojo Maman Bebe?
Please note that once an order has been placed and confirmed by email notification it cannot be amended or canceled. This is due to your order being sent to JoJo Maman BeBe's fulfilment center for immediate processing. You may use our free returns process as detailed above to return any unwanted orders.
Can I Exchange My Item If I 'm Not Satisfied?
JoJo Maman BeBe does not offer exchanges on returned goods. If you would like to exchange a purchase for another product, size or color, please return it for refund and re-order the replacement in the usual way.
What is the Returns Policy Of JoJo Maman Bebe?
JoJo Maman BeBe takes great care and pride in the quality of our products and JoJo Maman BeBe hopes that you are happy with your purchases, however if you do need to return an item please do so within 28-days from the dispatch date. For you to be guaranteed a full refund please ensure that the items returned are not worn, damaged or altered and have their swing tags attached. We regret they may not be accepted back if they are not in perfect condition. Items purchased during the Sale must be returned within 7 days.

Free standard Shipping is available on
orders over $100 and these will be sent via our standard Shipping
method, which may take up to 10 days to arrive.
Standard Shipping 4-10 Days - $8.00
Please expect to receive your order in 4-10 business days. These are approximate Shipping times and the seller cannot guarantee a specific Shipping time or day. If your order is under $100, and you do not wish to select one of the premium services, you will be charged $8.00 for each order including those placed on the same day.
Premium 2 day Shipping - $15.00
With
the premium service, orders placed by 1.30pm ET Monday to Friday will
be delivered in 2 business days. If you order after this time, please
allow one more business day. Please note Saturdays and Sundays are NOT
classed as business days. Please select this service from the drop down
Shipping options box during the checkout process.
Please note Premium 2 day shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, AFO and FPO military addresses.
