Can I Ship to a Freight Forwarder?

Anytime a freight forwarder is used Kids Foot Locker will not be accountable for damage, defect, material difference or loss that arises to products after handing off to the freight forwarder. Kids Foot Locker insists that you as the customer should refuse goods that are damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Items missing after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility. If the package destination is to a forwarder and not the customer, Kids Foot Locker is no longer held accountable for missing/damaged packages.

Does Kids Foot Locker Offer Kids Rush Service?

Rush orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 2 P.M. Central Time will ship the same day, subject to complete verification. Rush orders placed after 2 P.M. Central Time will ship the following business day, subject to complete verification. Rush orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Please allow the delivery time on the selected service for your package to arrive once it leaves Distribution Center. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or US holidays.

Orders sent to PO Boxes can only be sent via ground delivery. Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes. Please allow the standard shipping time for delivery.
