L'Occitane's expert beauty advisors will be able to provide you with a tailored consultation and you will also be able to try the luxurious textures and scents for yourself so that we can find a routine most suited to your needs. L'Occitane is afraid they are unable to send any samples at this time. 

The very best way to be kept up to date on our new products, in-store events and special offers and vouchers is to register for email newsletter. 

You may also like to know that you can choose 3 free samples with any order when you shop online, and L'Occitane also offers free delivery on all orders over £35.

What Does My Order Status Mean at L'Occitane UK?

OPEN means your order has not been processed yet. 

PICKING means your order could be at any point between the warehouse preparing it and despatching your products. 

SHIPPED/ INVOICED/ CLOSED means your order has left warehouse and is on its way to you. At this stage an email confirming the despatch should have been sent to you. 

CANCELLED means that your order has been cancelled either by you or by L'Occitane UK , or that your order did not process correctly. 

HOLD means that one of your items is out of stock and L'Occitane UK is holding your order until we receive next stock delivery. 

NEW means that you requested to have your order amended and L'Occitane UK is currently processing your update.

Can I Have My Order Gift Wrapped at L'Occitane UK?

L'Occitane UK will happily prepare your gift for you. L'Occitane UK's gift-wrapping service is free of charge. Simply select 'My order is a gift'. You will also see a box where you can enter your gift message, which L'Occitane UK will print onto a gift card for you and place it with your order. (L'Occitane UK is only able to print one card per order) 

When L'Occitane UK gifts wrap your order they will place your order into a L'OCCITANE luxury gift box, or gift bag, whichever is more suitable according to the size of your product.
