LINKSHE offers free shipping by Flat rate shipping. And there is shipping fee for expedited shipping and standard shipping.

Processing time is the time it takes to get your order ready to leave our warehouses. This includes preparing items, performing quality control, and packing for shipment. LINKSHE will give priority to items marked “Priority Dispatch”, but in orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. Processing time is displayed on the product detail page. And the shipping time doesn’t include the processing time. The shipping time is decided by the shipping method you choose and the distance of your destination.

LINKSHE ships worldwide, over 200 coutries and regions. But there are still remote regions and islands they don't have shipping to, like Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Montserrat, Montenegro, Kenya, Honduras, Montenegr, Armenia, Saint kitts and Nevis, Vietnam, French Guianan, Bahrain, Nigeria,Trinidad and Tobago, Coata Rica, Antigua and Barbuda, Gualeloupe, Falkland Islands, Yemen, Anguilla, El Salvador, Faroe Islands, Guyana, Republic of Moldova, Netherlands Antilles, Iraq, Iran, Cuba, The Republic of Cote d'ivoire, The Republic of Sudan, Libya, Republic of the Congo, República de Guiné-Bissau, Union Of Myanmar, Darfur, The Syrian Arab Republic, Republic of Zimbabwe, Republic of Liberia, The Republic of Lebanon, The Republic of Sierra Leone, The Commonwealth of Eritrea, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, The Somalia Democratic Republic.

1. The refund will be issued within 7 business days upon the receipt by our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items.
2. It normally takes one business day for the refund to appear on your Linkshe wallet. The balance in your wallet could either be applied to your future purchases or withdrawn to your PayPal/bank account at any time.
3. It normally takes 10-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account. Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours ), that depends on the original way you used.

It is Return Merchandise Authorization. LINKSHE will send it with the return address in the return ticket. And when you drop the return package to the post office, you need put it on the return package.

Yes, the customers need to pay the return shipping. LINKSHE does not accept packages returned using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. And please return through your local post office to avoid tax.

LINKSHE will offer full refund on all items that have been returned. Coupon codes and Linkshe points cannot be refunded as monetary value and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

And please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
