If it is not quite what you expected, Lisa Leonard Designs is happy to return it for a different item, or issue a full refund within 30 days of the ship date. your return must be in its original condition and undamaged. if an error occurs on our end, we will remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund. What are the Leather Care Instructions?
For day to day maintenance a dab of sunflower /vegetable oil, on a dry, clean sponge or cloth rubbed over the bag evenly will work to re-oil the leather and also protects the leather from cracking as well as sealing the leather for mild weather resistance. this will also help if you have got small water marks on the leather.
What If I Need Something Changed On My Order?
Because each piece is custom made to order, once you check out, changes cannot be made. When you receive your piece, if you are not satisfied, Lisa Leonard Designs is happy to exchange it for you at no additional cost.

How Long Does It Take to Get My Jewelry?
It takes 1-3 weeks to create your custom, hand-stamped jewelry. Please note that shipping is not included in this time frame and our timelines might be extended during peak seasons.

Lisa Leonard Designs exists because moms, grandmas and friends have shared our designs with each other while waiting in line at the grocery store or sipping coffee with a friend. Most of our customers find us through word of mouth. We know that you'll find the perfect piece.
