What Methods Of Payment for Refunds Does LN-CC Accept?
Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used for the purchase:
- PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT CARD: the refund will be credited to the same Credit Card that was originally used to make the purchase. The time lapse required for this credit to appear will depend on the Credit Institute.
- PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL: the refund will be visible in your Paypal account within 48 hours after receipt of the e-mail confirming the reimbursement
- CASH ON DELIVERY: the refund will be made by means of a bank transfer to the bank account you have provided. The time required for the money to be credited to your account will depend upon the banking institution.
LN-CC will reimburse you within 30 working days maximum after the date when the returned order arrived at warehouse, and LN-CC will notify you via e-mail of reimbursement. For orders that have been cancelled prior to shipping, the reimbursement will be made no later than 3 working days after the cancellation request has been processed.
Does LN-CC Accept Paypal?
Please note that all payments using PayPal will automatically default to the primary address held for you within your PayPal account for security. If you change manually the address at the checkout, it will still default to the address held within PayPal. In this case, if you do not wish to accept the delivery at this address, please ensure you update your address with PayPal prior to placing any orders.
What is the Delivery Details Of LN-CC?
As soon as LN-CC has shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted. All orders placed before 12pm gmt will be dispatched the same working day.*
