May I Cancel Or Change My Order After It is Submitted?

Bealls Florida begins processing your order immediately therefore it may not be possible to cancel the order. Requests for cancellations may be conducted by phone or chat only. To request the status of your order, please call the Customer Care Center at 800-569-9038 option 3 or contact a “Live Chat” representative from the Chat link on during business hours Monday – Saturday 9am to 9pm and Sunday 10am to 8pm EST. 

Bealls will apologize but order details including item, address changes, and credit card information may not be changed or modified after they are submitted. A new replacement order must be submitted to correct any customer or order information that is in error. Please contact Customer Care to assist you with your request.
