All MUGLER fragrances, variations and accessories are initially inspired by the creator himself. He provided the creative impulse, followed each project, impregnating each creation with his inimitable style and his absolute desire for perfection.

Upon receipt of the returned order or proof of shipment of the return, refunds will be made within 14 days in the name of the person listed under the "invoicing" section and via the payment method used during the initial purchase (unless expressly requested by the buyer), with the exception of Gift Cards. In principle, the shipping costs of the return package remain the responsibility of the Buyer. In the event of a technical anomaly or an error on the references delivered, the return costs will be reimbursed. The refund will be made once the return package has been received and processed. Mugler accepts the return of products purchased on MUGLER.fr within 30 days of the date of receipt of the order.

To make a return, please fill in the return form, then stick the return label on the package and send it back using the carrier of your choice.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email, in the "My Account" section, "Order History" section, as well as in the printed documents accompanying your package.

As soon as you click on the "Validate my order" button, the latter goes into the processing phase. Mugler strives to process orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Your credit card will only be charged once your order has been shipped. You may see a temporary authorization appear on your account; the latter will be replaced by the actual direct debit at the time of dispatch of the order.

When you place an order on MUGLER.fr, Mugler encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. It is the most advanced online consumer security technology to date. You can be assured of placing your order safely. Your bank data is encrypted in SSL and will never be kept or stored on the site without your consent.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES 

Chronopost Predict delivery (1 to 3 working days): Free delivery for any order over 70 €. € 5.95 for orders under € 70

Delivery via UPS Access Point (4 to 7 working days): not insured at the moment due to the closure of many UPS Access Points. Free delivery for all orders over 70 €. € 4.95 for orders under € 70.

UPS Express Delivery (1 working day): currently not insured due to the closure of many UPS Access Points. € 9.95 .

Orders are processed and sent during working days (Monday to Friday except for public holidays).

For your order to be dispatched the same day, it must be placed, checked, and confirmed before 3.30 p.m. Beyond that, the order will be dispatched the next working day.

When placing an order, you can enter a separate delivery address. 

The order will be delivered to the address indicated.

The "My Account" section contains an address book function allowing you to save different delivery addresses.

A telephone number is required by most carriers, in the event of a possible problem with your order. Mugler will only use this information to respond to your requests and / or to contact you, if necessary, regarding your order.
