My Items Arrived Damaged, What Should I Do?

If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify Flexispot immediately. They will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. You can email them at [email protected] or call them by 510-257-6000 to notify Flexispot what kind of quality problems happened to the item or which part needs to be replaced, we will create RMAs or arrange shipment of replacements accordingly, free on charge.
