Will I Be Charged for Taxes, Fees and Levies?

Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to your local legislation. Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the goods reach the destination country and these charges are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately Naylors has no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

In addition, some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for determining whether there are any restrictions on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You can contact your local customs office for assistance regarding these matters.

Delivery may be delayed by local customs because of this but unfortunately this is out of our control.

About Naylors

The origins of Naylors date back to 1965 when Derrick Naylor began trading from a former Co-operative shop in Norden, near Rochdale. Over a period of 42 years, Derrick built a solid reputation for stocking quality equestrian products and supplies.

Naylors Equestrian is now a family run business with a passion for continuously improving its retail offering. Since taking over in 2007 the team has developed the business with the introduction of fresh and modern product ranges together with a focus on providing excellent customer service. We relocated to a brand new, purpose-built equestrian superstore in 2012 offering our equestrian and countrywear customers a massive 15,000 square feet of bright and pleasant shopping. Our customers come from far and wide - they are never disappointed. Come and see for yourself - we've got the coffee machine on!

In 2017, due to further growth of the business we expanded into a large warehouse in nearby Heywood and moved our marketing and buying and merchandising teams into a new head office. This has allowed us to meet the growing needs of our online and in-store customers and maintain our quick dispatch rates for online orders.

In May 2018, we were delighted to announce the opening of our second store based in Wardle, Nantwich. With 10,000 square feet of equestrian and countrywear shopping, this has made our in-store experience more accessible to customers based in Cheshire and beyond.

In November 2018, we added a third store to our portfolio, located in Cannock, Staffordshire. The unique in-store shopping environment is now even more accessible to those needing a tack shop, countrywear store or products for their pets in Staffordshire and the surrounding areas. With 10,500 square feet of equestrian and countrywear shopping we're sure you won't be disappointed if you pay us a visit!
