No. Naylors' returns policy is different for orders shipped internationally. Shipping charges will not be refunded for unwanted goods.

Naylors Equestrian is now a family run business with a passion for continuously improving its retail offering. Since taking over in 2007 the team has developed the business with the introduction of fresh and modern product ranges together with a focus on providing excellent customer service. We relocated to a brand new, purpose-built equestrian superstore in 2012 offering our equestrian and countrywear customers a massive 15,000 square feet of bright and pleasant shopping. In 2017, due to further growth of the business we expanded into a large warehouse in nearby Heywood and moved our marketing and buying and merchandising teams into a new head office. This has allowed us to meet the growing needs of our online and in-store customers and maintain our quick dispatch rates for online orders.
In May 2018, we were delighted to announce the opening of our second store based in Wardle, Nantwich. With 10,000 square feet of equestrian and countrywear shopping, this has made our in-store experience more accessible to customers based in Cheshire and beyond.
