Yes, there are usually shipping discounts for orders with multiple items. Simply place all items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, enter your zip code and method of shipping. You will be shown a total shipping cost that includes any applicable discounts. For certain items, due to significant shipping discounts already offered by them, the shipping will be added cumulatively unless multiple items are purchased.

There are two ways of finding the contact information for a Marketplace Seller.

• On a product page for a Marketplace item, click on the seller’s name under “Sold and Shipped by” to go to their Seller Profile page. From there, you will be able to see their contact information.
• If you have already made a purchase from a NeweggBusiness Marketplace seller, you will find their e-mail address on your order invoice.

The only restriction is that Gift Cards cannot be used to buy more Gift Cards.

Pre-ordering is only offered on certain items and most of the items are not available for pre-order. Items that can be pre-ordered will have a PRE-ORDER button instead of an ADD TO CART button.

Many products have quantity discounts. If an item has a quantity discount, the product page will display the quantity discount along with the minimum order amount.

Most orders you place on NeweggBusiness enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Once your order enters the shipping process it can no longer be modified or canceled.

Please check your order status. If the status is “processing”, you can cancel it by going to the order detail page. There you can place another order with the items you want. If the status is “charged”, the order has likely entered the shipping process and can’t be modified or canceled. Please contact Newegg Business if you still don’t want this order.

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, but it can be waived for any of the following reasons:

• Carrier damage
• Defective product
• Product not as described
• Received incorrect product
• Product was an extra item not ordered

No, Gift Cards do not expire.

Yes. You can use a Gift Card toward a purchase that exceeds your gift card balance, but you will have to use another payment method to pay the remaining balance.

Newegg Business does not currently offer reseller or dealer discount programs, but they do offer quantity discounts for customers looking to purchase multiple units. Please check the quantity discounts offered on many product pages near the ADD TO CART buttons.

Yes, each NeweggBusiness promo code has its own conditions that must be met in order to be redeemed. In addition, all promo codes are subject to the following:

• Limit one promo code per item. If more than one promo code is entered, only the first code will apply.
• Promo codes that apply discounts to multiple items cannot be combined with other codes.
• If the promo code has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes and shipping and handling charges do not apply towards the minimum purchase requirement.
• Promo codes can only be used once per customer.
• Promo codes expire on the expiration date or when funds run out, whichever comes first.
