Sales tax is charged for orders shipped within areas of the United States where NFL Shop has a business presence and/or NFL Shop has determined sales taxes are applicable. Items shipped to military addresses are not subject to taxes.

The amount of state sales tax charged is based on current tax rates. The amount appearing on your order is an Estimated Tax and may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states. State and local tax rates are subject to change at any time. Gift Card purchases are not taxable, however, items paid for with Gift Cards will be taxed if shipped to an address where NFL Shop collects sales tax. Taxes are refunded for returned items.

NFL Shop collects two types of information on this Web Site: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

The Process of NFL Shop is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to their warehouse up to 90 days from your item's ship date.

In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in more than one package.

Below is a list of reasons for why items may ship separately: 

• Order contains a large amount of items that must be shipped in more than one package.
• Order contains a Special Event Item that has a unique shipping date and will be shipped when it becomes available. 
• Order contains a Manufacturer Direct Item that ships from the designated manufacturer.
• Items in order are shipping from more than one shipping facility.

If your items are going to be shipped separately, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package that is sent. Only one shipping fee will be charged and as items become available for shipment they will be delivered with the shipping method selected. 

NFL Shop will be unable to fulfill your order/item if one of the following scenarios takes place: 

Out of Stock: The item(s) you purchased is no longer available when we go to ship your order 

Order Verification: NFL Shop is unable to verify your billing/payment information   

Customized Requirements: The merchandise purchased is in violation of one of the following requirements: 

• Team Licensing Restrictions
• No slang, phrases or profanity will be accepted

When NFL Shop is unable to process an order, they will automatically cancel and refund your item. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of this change. Once the refund is processed it can take up to 2-7 business days for this to reflect on your account statement.

You should receive an order confirmation email that includes your invoice within 24 hours.

If you do not receive a confirmation email you can access your invoice by following the below steps.

• Image If you checked out as a guest
