What is the Policy Of Online Returns?
nicandzoe accepts returns within 30 days of receipt of product being shipped. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase.

What is the Shipping Information Within the United States?
NIC+ZOE offers free shipping on orders $150 and above, any orders below $150 receive a flat rate of $8. Your order total must reach $150 or more after any discounts or taxes have been applied. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note NIC+ZOE is closed on weekends and national holidays, orders placed on Friday afternoon will be processed on the next working business day.
