Nobody's Child accepts returns made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you return unsuitable items unused and in their original condition, with all tags and tickets still attached otherwise Nobody's Child cannot process your refund. Please note, Nobody's Child cannot offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. Nobody's Child is also unable to offer refunds on cosmetics or pierced jewellery unless product is faulty upon delivery.
Nobody's Child accepts the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro and Electron, American Express, Apple Pay. Nobody's Child also accepts PayPal payments.
Unfortunately, Nobody's Child can't process exchanges but, you can return your item to them following the returns process and place a new order instead.
If you have received the wrong item, or if it is faulty or damaged, Nobody's Child is terribly sorry. Please return the item to them by following the procedure stated in the returns section and Nobody's Child will make sure you receive a full refund.
Nobody's Child try as hard as theycan to get orders sent out as soon as they receive them so unfortunately they can't make any changes once your order's been placed.
Once you've placed your order, you will see an order confirmation message with your order number. This will also be emailed to you. Once your order has been processed, Nobody's Child will send you second email to let you know it's been dispatched.
