If you are not completely satisfied with your OLEHENRIKSEN purchase or gift for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date without paying return shipping or handling fees. Ole Henriksen will process returns as soon as they receive them for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges, but sometimes it can take up to 60 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

• When you return your purchase to OLEHENRIKSEN.com by mail within 60 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s). 
• Unfortunately Ole Henriksen cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 60 days.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on OLEHENRIKSEN.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You may also contact OLEHENRIKSEN Customer Service to track your order.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day Shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day. 

Packages do not ship from our fulfillment center on the following holidays: 

• New Year's Day 
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas

At this time, Ole Henriksen can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please call OLEHENRIKSEN Customer Service for assistance at 1-844-OLE-GLOW [653-4569].

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via UPS SurePost service. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Ole Henriksen ships international orders through DHL Express and DHL eCommerce. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country of your package once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided includes all import duties, taxes and applicable fees.

 If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, Ole Henriksen offers UPS SurePost service free on orders $50 and over.

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico Ole Henriksen offers 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Ole Henriksen is unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Valid on U.S. orders shipping to the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, including U.S. APO, FPO, PO Box, or Puerto Rico. Not valid on international orders. Ole Henriksen will apologize, U.S. holiday delivery cannot be guaranteed. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please select an expedited shipping method. For holiday delivery by Monday, December 24th, 2018, shipping cutoff dates are as follows:

• Standard 3-Day shipping orders for Alaska and Hawaii must be placed by December 13th, 11:00am ET;  
• Standard 3-Day shipping orders for continental U.S. must be placed by December 17, 2018, 11:00am ET
• 2-day shipping orders must be placed by December 20th, 2:00pm ET
• 1-day shipping orders must be placed by December 21st, 11:00am ET.
