Optimal Print Support Center

Your calendar will normally be printed and shipped the following working day. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for delivery (time may increase during the holiday season depending on your local postal service).

You can review your delivery address marked as default, change or add a new delivery address directly to your Address Book within your Account, or from the App go to "My Profile".

It is very important that you enter a fully correct delivery address including the postal code in order to ensure timely delivery of your order.

Optimal Print cannot split an order between two addresses. If you like to send an order to two or more addresses, a separate order has to be placed for each. You can do this easily without redesigning your products. 

Any purchased designs are saved in your Order History. Click on Add to Basket and the order will be re-added to your basket. You can change the quantity and paper options also at this stage if you wish.

Optimal Print does not have the option for picking up orders in person. However, Optimal Print will print as close to you as possible to minimize delivery times.

No. Optimal Print is not able to combine two orders into one as this process would decrease efficiency and increase delivery time. However, you may order as many designs as you wish in one order (just add them all to your basket before placing the order). Photo books have a longer delivery time and will be delivered separately from other products within the same order. 

If you've already placed the order, please note you can cancel it up until midnight and then place a new order.

If you think your order is late, please check the expected delivery date and the status of your order in Your Account. If there is a tracking number for your delivery, you can find it in your Order History and you should also receive it by email (and SMS if you so choose). The tracking code starts working in the morning, after Optimal Print has shipped your order. If you haven`t added your phone number to receive SMS, but would like to do so, then please go to Account Settings and check the box 'Upon shipping, SMS' at the bottom left-hand side of the page. 

Tracking codes are only available for orders placed with certain shipping methods -please see the Delivery Time page. If your order was not shipped with express, please be aware that the delivery time can be 1-3 working days later than the estimated delivery time you see in your account. This is due to local postal service variations.

Optimal Print sends orders to a local print house overnight and they are shipped the next working day. Shipping speed will depend on your local postal services and the shipping method you selected when placing the order. 

As for photobooks, Optimal Print only print in UK, Germany, and Sweden and the production and shipping time can take longer than other products.

Your estimated delivery time is displayed during the ordering process and is also sent in the order and shipping confirmation emails.
