You generate a return shipping label when you log into your Overstock.com account and set up a return

• During the process to set up your return, enter the email address to which you want your return label shipped.
• If your return label does not arrive in your regular email, check your spam and junk email folders.
• Print the return label and affix it to your package.

Overstock thoroughly inspect all items when they arrive at returns facility. Overstock will refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or a defective product. 

If the return is not a result of our error, Overstock will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge, insurance, and return shipping fees. 

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, Overstock will issue a partial refund. Products decrease in value over time; therefore, Overstock will reduce refunds for returns initiated over 30 days after delivery or received at returns facility after 45 days. 

You will receive a refund processed at the exchange rate effective at the time of purchase, including any customs, tariffs, and taxes on the order. Overstock will issue your refund to the form of payment within 5 - 7 business days after the package arrives at our facility. 

Once Overstock issue your credit, they send you an email with your refund details. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 5 additional business days for processing.

If you ordered multiple items and see multiple charges on your credit or debit card account even though you placed a single order on site, it means that you are being charged upon shipment of your items. The total amount charged should add up to the amount shown at the time your order was placed as well as on your order confirmation email. 

If you only ordered one item and you have multiple charges, you could be seeing the initial authorization and the final charge.

Overstock currently charge your payment method immediately upon order submission for most orders. 

Some orders paid for with a Visa, Discover or American Express credit or debit card may not be charged until your item(s) ship. Upon order submission, Overstock will do an authorization to validate your card and verify funds are available. If you used a debit card, this authorization may show as a pending transaction. 

Once your order is shipped, Overstock will officially bill your card and your pending transaction or authorization will be released by your financial institution. Most U.S. banks may hold authorizations for up to 10 business days. 

Overstock will accept the following methods of payment: 

• Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
• Overstock.com MasterCard.
• Overstock Store Credit Card.
• Overstock.com Gift Card.
• PayPal.
• Check card (also called debit cards, ATM cards or banking cards) with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Overstock does not accept:

• Credit Cards issued by a foreign bank or with a foreign billing address.
• Money Orders, Checks, Cash on delivery (COD), or any other payment method not listed above.

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Overstock must receive your returned items at processing facility within 45 days of delivery. Overstock inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of error or defective product, Overstock will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

If you initiate a return after 30 days, Overstock may issue a partial refund depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.

Review your order to ensure it qualifies for the special promotion. If a disclaimer is added, an asterisk will appear next to the message and details are at the bottom of the page. 

Coupons, promotional codes, and special shipping offers do not apply to International orders, or orders Overstock ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for standard purchases is 19.99%. However, the APR may vary for special offers and promotional purchases. If you are charged interest, the charge will be no less than $2.00 per month.
