What is the Return Policy Of Parcel and Stone?

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within the first 45 days from the day you received your item. Parcel and Stone will even pay the return shipping costs. Free returns are for US customers only. The 45 day return policy applies only to the initial order and is not intended to serve as a trial or replacement period. Failure to return the GIA certificate with your order will result in a $300 fee. If the GIA certificate is not returned in reusable conditon you may be charged for any damage. Engraved and resized items are non-refundable and final sale. Parcel and Stone limits their customers two returns per year.  

Return Procedures:
Contact Parcel & Stone Customer Service at (800) 212-1192 and let the representative on the phone know you wish to return an order. Within one business day of your call, Parcel and Stone will email you a postage paid (including insurance) FEDEX 2 Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely pack and ship your order. Take your items and label to a convenient FEDEX location. If you need packaging materials, a FEDEX representative may assist you. Please mail back your items. Your items should arrive within 2 business days of mailing, and will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt. All credits will be issued in the form of original receipt.

They require the measurements of the diamond in order to handcraft the setting. Please note that Parcel and Stone is unable to set diamonds that are not purchased through Parcel & Stone. Settings sold without center stones are non-refunable and final sale.
