If you have chosen an express delivery method, you will have to sign for your package.

The lead time for processing an online order is one day. It then takes an additional 5-7 business days from shipment (7-10 days for Alaska and Hawaii) for standard ground delivery; 3 business days for Express Saver and the next business day for Next Day service.

FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver and FedEx Next Day. NOTE: Express Saver and Next Day may not be available for some zip codes.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to misuse or abuse, missing parts, or normal wear and tear. Also, use of accessories that are not Parker branded such as refills, cartridges and bottled ink will void the warranty.

By retaining your warranty document and your printed sales receipt, you will be eligible for repair of your writing instrument for the timeframe and conditions outlined within the warranty document provided at time of purchase.

If your pen was purchased with a lifetime warranty, the lifetime warranty will be honored. In 2007 Parker introduced a limited warranty period of 2 years with the option of a free 2 year extension. All repairs covered under the warranty require proof of the terms of the warranty, either the dealer stamped and dated warranty document or the printed sales receipt showing the product and date of purchase.

You can simply use the "Create Your Own Review" that is available on every product page from the Parker website. You will have to create an account in order to write a review.

At the moment, Parker does not track the stock level for all of our items online. Parker aims to replenish their stock every week. Please check back next week when they hope to have your item back in stock.

If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and phone number), your order may be delayed.

Parker is required by law to collect sales tax. For destinations outside the U.S., shipping costs do not include customs, duty or VAT charges if applicable.

Parker currently accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. Parker does not accept Cashier'’s Checks, Money Orders or PayPal accounts at this time.

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of ordering online.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach us. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
