Do I Have to Pay Sales Tax at Party Cheap?
You only have to pay sales tax if your shipping address is in California, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington State or Texas. The appropriate state sales tax will be applied at checkout. If you are tax exempt please call us at (800) 224-3143 to learn how to have your state taxes removed from your order.
How Do I Return an Item?
Please contact customer service at (800) 224-3143 to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
What Shipping Methods Does Party Cheap Use?
Party Cheap uses UPS, FedEx, and USPS for all of our shipping to the United States and Canada. Please note shipments may be routed UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Party Cheap uses the USPS Priority Mail when shipping to APO and AE shipping addresses (required by law).
NOTE: PartyCheap makes every attempt to ship within 24-48 business hours of receiving your order. All expedited orders will ship same day if placed by 1:55 PM EST.
When Will My Order Ship from Party Cheap?
Orders are sent to Party Cheap's shipping warehouse every business day at 1:55 pm Eastern Time. Orders received after 1:55 pm Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Orders that are shipped via expedited methods (Overnight and 3-Day) are processed before all standard ground shipments.
I Received the Wrong Product. What Should I Do?
