If your package was shipped via UPS, you can track your order on their website (http://www.ups.com) using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email.
If your package was shipped via FedEx, you can track your order on their website (http://www.fedex.com/us/) using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email.
When you place an order on Payless.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, please contact Customer Service. Once your order has been filled, you will then receive a Shipping Notification email. If you opted for free in-store delivery, you will receive an additional email when your order has arrived at your chosen Payless store.
Unfortunately at this time Payless cannot change your order once it has been placed but Payless can cancel any order for up to 30 minutes. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-877-474-6379.
