Pet Shed processes credit cards via two of the world’s largest payment providers - WorldPay and PayPal. When you place an order on Pet Shed's website, your credit card number is never seen, nor is it accessible, by anyone at Pet Shed. It is processed directly by one of the payment providers above using 256-bit SSL encryption. Since 2002, Pet Shed has never had a verified case of fraudulent use of a credit card as a result of shopping on Pet Shed's website.

You can cancel an order provided if it hasn't already been shipped. Most orders are shipped very quickly, so please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

To cancel an order please call, or email Pet Shed with your order number. When emailing please use the word 'cancel' in the subject line. Pet Shed will let you know if we were successfully able to cancel your order before it was dispatched.

Registering simplifies the check out process. Once you are registered, you can use the 'express login', saving you the trouble of entering your address information again.

You'll also benefit from features such as viewing order history, re-ordering, and saving the contents of a shopping cart for later reuse.

Shipping charges are $6.95 for the first item and based on the weight of your order thereafter. You will be advised of the total shipping cost during the checkout process and before you confirm your acceptance of the order.
