Can I Make Changes to My Order on Photos.com?
No changes can be made once your order has been processed for shipment. For address changes, if you are unable to receive your order at the address listed, once the product has been returned to the warehouse Photos can reship to the correct address. Packages that must be reshipped due to faulty or incorrect addresses will be assessed a second delivery charge.

Photos strives to produce and ship your order within 5 business days. For orders placed in the U.S., your order should arrive within one week of shipment. For orders placed in the European Union, your order should arrive within two weeks of shipment.
