Does Piper Lou Offer Refunds?

ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Piper Lou item, Piper Lou will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. If you want to request a refund, please email customer service email for help processing.  

Please include a note as to why the item is being returned along with your order number and name so Piper Lou can process the refund quickly. 

Refunds will take 2-3 business days to process through back to your bank. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notification.

Can I Exchange an Item At Piper Lou?

YES! Hassle-free returns! Please email info@piperloucollection.com with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging. 

If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, Piper Lou will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and Piper Lou will send you out a new item at no extra cost.  

*Exchanges must be made within 60 days from the date your item was delivered. 

There are NO RETURNS for Customized Items. Those sales are final unless it's a quality issue or incorrectly sent.

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Piper Lou Order?

  • Orders typically take about 5-7 days to ship but please see the item description to get the most accurate time frame as may vary per product. All Piper Lou orders are printed-on-demand and custom made individually when you order. Piper Lou will carry some stock in our top sellers for quick ships.  
  • Orders can take up to 2-4 Business days to arrive once shipped. If you need your order sooner for an event or as a gift, please reach out to customer service and Piper Lou will do their best to make sure it arrives on time.

About Piper Lou

Thank you for wanting to learn more about Piper Lou! Our journey began in 2013 when we first started selling our designs online. It wasn't until 2016 that we formalized the brand and moved to our own Website. *Cue The Jefferson's "Movin' On Up" song. Since then, we've been able to ship out over 500,000 orders and over 1 million items! It wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for awesome people like you. 

Why do we do what we do? We saw a need in the market for a FUN brand that was REAL. We are snarky and like to have fun. All other brands are too scared to have fun. Not us. Sarcasm runs through our veins like Wine on a Saturday night. We have so much FUN coming up with hilarious designs. Our goal is to create hilarious products that will leave you and your friends laughing and tagging each other on Social Media. If you think you're just as funny as we are, email us! While 90% of Piper Lou is focused on fun/snarky/drinking designs, there is another part of us that is focused on giving back. We do encourage you to take a look at our Charity Collection. We donate 100% of Net Profits to many awesome charities. Every one has been effected by various forms of Cancer and other diseases. We work with vetted charities to sell items that are fashionable and functional, to raise awareness for those causes. We prefer to work with small charities so that way our donations can be really impactful to how they operate.
