Registration is easy! Simply click on the ‘Register’ link in the upper right corner of any webpage, fill out the requested information and click ‘Submit.’ You will receive a confirmation email. Please note Plants Express has both a Southern California and a Northern California edition to its website and catalog. Your city location will determine your default catalog.

No minimums, but for orders under $499 there is a $75 delivery charge.

For many orders over $499 deliver to your home or job-site free of charge. For orders below $499, there will be a single $75 delivery charge. In some instances - for remote locations and for deliveries to Nevada - additional delivery fees may apply.

If an item is not listed on the website, you may identify your needs in the Special Instructions section of your order (or call directly at 888-444-1126). The Special Instructions section provides space so that you can provide as much detail about the item as is necessary.

Absolutely! Plants Express uses a well-known and reliable credit card service to process your purchase. They employ industry recognized security safeguards to help protect the personal ly identifiable information you provide us from loss, misuse, or unauthorized alteration. Plants Express does not store your card information.

You can pay for your order in one of two ways:

1. Online using most major credit cards;
2. you can take your list down to your local Home Depot Store (in California only) and they too can take payment and help process your order.
