Unfortunately, orders are unable to be changed or cancelled once you click ‘place order’. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, you can return or exchange it via our online store or your nearest Portmans store.

All orders are subject to stock availability. Should an item be sold out, the store will contact you via phone or email and refund the monies paid for the item to the original method of payment.

Portmans collections are produced with limited stock and can sell out quickly. Once they have sold out, they are unlikely to be back in stock again.

All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
