Backordered items are currently out of stock but will be coming back soon. If you purchase an item on backorder, Nine Space will not charge you until the item is shipped. Nine Space will try their best to estimate when the item will be back in stock, but please understand they are estimations.

What is Nine Space's Returns & Exchanges Policy?
Nine Space hope you love what you ordered. In the event that you don’t— maybe the fit is not entirely right or the color not what you expected— Nine Space is happy to offer you a replacement color, size, or issue a refund on unopened products within 15 days of the date your order was shipped.
All Sales and Clearance Items over 50% off are final sales and cannot be returned.
Simply e-mail return department at custserv@shopninespace.com.For your convenience, Nine Space can send you a prepaid label to ship the item back to them. A flat $12 will be deducted from your credit for the return package. Postage and handling charges are not refundable on return.

How Long Does It Take My Order to Ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. Nine Space doesn’t ship on weekends and government holidays. Nine Space will notify you within 1-2 business days if an item is out of stock.
