I Used to Have an Account With You Guys. Can I Re-use It?
That depends. If your account was deactivated due to dormancy and you still have access to the old email address, Silk'n can probably reactivate it. Exceptions to this would be if your account was deactivated due to compliance issues, in which case Silk'n cannot reactivate.
If you do not have access to the old email address account, you will need to open a new account with a new email address.
What's the Shipping Policy?
Purchases ship to Canada and USA addresses only.

The people of Silk'n will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. International shipping including shipments to US protectorates, APO, FPO, and DPO is not available at this time for any shipping method. In general, orders are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours from confirmation of your order.
