For customer service or to report your Sleepy’s credit card lost or stolen, call Synchrony Bank at 1-866-396-8254.

To make a payment by phone or if you require assistance with any billing issues please contact Synchrony Bank at 1-866-396-8254. You can also make an online payment and obtain the most current information about your account at www.mysynchrony.com

Your first statement should be received within 30 days after your delivery from Sleepy's. If you have not received a bill within that time period, please contact Synchrony Bank at 1-866-396-8254.

Why is There a 'recycle Fee' Listed On My Invoice?

Beginning May 1st 2016 the Rhode Island Department of Energy & Environment Protection, requires a $10 recycling fee on all mattresses and box springs sold in the state.
