Why Haven't I Received My Superdry Order?
You will have had an estimated delivery date at the checkout and an order confirmation email to reflect this. Please check your dispatch email to see the tracking information for your parcel(s), it is possible that your parcel has been left in a safe space or with a neighbour, this should be stated on your tracking information.
Why Can't I Choose to Have My Order Delivered to Store?
If the Click & Collect or Collect+ option is not available at the checkout, this is because your order is being shipped from warehouse in Belgium. Superdry is sadly not able to offer express or store delivery services for orders that are shipped from this location.
Can I Have My Order Delivered to Another Country?
To find out if Superdry delivers to your country, please look to see if it is an option in the delivery countries drop down. If you do not see your delivery destination Superdry is unable to deliver to this country.
How Can I Pay for My Superdry Order?
Superdry accepts any of these payment types; MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. Superdry has alternative payment methods for some countries which are displayed during the check-out process. Superdry does not accept pre-paid cards.
