Does Svmoscow Ship to Multiple Addresses?
SVMoscow is only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, SVMoscow suggests that you place a separate order for each destination.
How Much Duties and Taxes Will I Have to Pay?
The prices at SVMoscow's website are displayed with no tax included. The duties and taxes will be calculated upon the package arrival to your country by the Customs office. For more detailed info, please, consult the Customs office in your country.
Also note that you may be required to provide a payment document to your Customs in order to prove your purchase. The Customs may also require your Social Security Number or its counterpart in your country.
Is My Package Insured and Do I Need to Sign for My Order?
All the merchandise SVMoscow ships outside of Russia is fully insured against loss. You will be required to sign for your parcels upon delivery.

Receive your purchases in 2-10 working days after your order has been placed.
Shipping fee is $40 worldwide.
Free shipping is for all orders over $1000.

What is the Reture Policy Of Svmoscow?
Return Authorization must be requested within 2 days of the order's delivery date. SVMoscow only accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused items with their original and SVMoscow tags. Footwear & accessories must be returned in its original boxes. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be damaged in any way.
SVMoscow does not accept returns for jewelry, underwear, swimwear and perfume.
SVMoscow will not accept returned items that do not follow the terms and conditions of the return policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at his/her own cost.
The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 10 business days of the reception of the item at SVMoscow's warehouse.

You may choose to pay with Visa, MasterCard or Maestro cards.
It is also accepted the PayPal. Should you choose to select this option at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal and review the amount shown before clicking 'COMPLETE&PURCHASE'. Once the transaction is confirmed, you will then return to their website.
