Individual Licenses are non-transferable and may not be used by or reallocated to a different Assignee. Can I Post the Same Resource With a Different Title?

Updated:

No. To help avoid Buyer confusion, please don’t post the same resource more than once. If there are substantive differences that truly change the nature of the resource, feel free to post as a separate resource and clearly outline the differences in your resource description.

If it’s brought to the attention that a Seller has been posting duplicate resources, TPT will reach out and ask that Seller to remove them.

This prohibition does not apply to posting resources combined into bundles, although the Seller should be as clear as possible about what the bundle contains to avoid confusion.

About Teachers Pay Teachers

TpT is the go-to place for educators to find the resources, knowledge, and inspiration they need to teach at their best. We offer more than 2.8 million free and paid resources, created by educators who understand what works in the classroom. Our marketplace is growing every day to meet the evolving needs of the PreK-12 classroom. When educators get the resources and support they need, they're best equipped to inspire our next generation of learners.

TpT was founded by Paul Edelman, a New York City public school teacher who saw incredible, untapped potential in the work that teachers create for every lesson, every day. Paul quickly realized that his students did the best when he incorporated ideas from other educators. This spark inspired him to create TpT, which has grown into an enormous and global staff room: a place where any educator can find essential resources, collaboration, and inspiration.
