The Essential One Support Center

If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘X’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping basket. 

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact The Essential One as soon as you can, as orders move rapidly through to warehouse. The Essential One will try their best to make any changes but they cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures. 

Once The Essential One has heard from you in writing that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit card within 14 days of the date that we received your notice of cancellation, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you and in the same packaging. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to The Essential One unless the return is as a result of an error by The Essential One.

The Essential One will send all exchanges out to you within 24 hours of receiving the original items back. Please ensure you check that the size you require is in stock before completing your exchange form. 

The Essential One will be happy to exchange for the same item all products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is error within one month from the date of despatch. In the unusual event that goods are faulty and a refund is requested, this refund will include the cost of sending the products to you and the cost of returning the products to The Essential One.  

If the item you require in your exchange is more expensive than that originally purchased – The Essential One can request the difference via Paypal. The Essential One need the email associated with your Paypal account to do this. Once those monies are received by The Essential One, they will send out your exchanged item.

The Essential One deliver internationally to the countries shown in the box below – if your country is not shown The Essential One does not currently offer a service. The delivery charge below will be applied at the checkout but can be viewed when you put items in your basket and select your country from the dropdown. The Essential One is unable to deliver to PO boxes and Paketstationen. Import duties and taxes payable in some countries at point of entry are NOT included in the costs below. These must be paid by you on receipt of your parcel. For Germany and France The Essential One offers a secure and speedy 2-3 day service with DPD. For the USA The Essential One use a speedy secure DHL 3-4 day service. Many of European destinations are covered with a 3-5 day service but please allow 7 days for your parcel to arrive. Please allow up to 10-12 days for Rest of the World.

The Essential One aims to get all orders out within 24 hours of receiving them (the exception being weekend orders or peak sale times / bank holidays). The majority of UK orders go out on a 48 hour tracked service. You should receive them in 3-5 working days of placing your order. If you need your order quickly – The Essential One recommend you use Next Working Day DPD courier service where you will be sent a text and email advising you of your delivery slot. The next day delivery service is only available to Mainland UK customers. The Essential One does not currently offer weekend delivery but a next day delivery placed on a Friday may arrive Saturday depending on the time placed. The Essential One does not deliver to PO box addresses.
